I partner with women of all ages who are very good at supporting everyone around them but struggle to prioritize their own wellbeing. I don’t offer meal plans or macros—instead, I help patients create sustainable change through simple practices and micro-habits that recognize strengths, build on wins, and reinforce self-trust rather than self-criticism. My goal is to make caring for your health feel supportive, not like another exhausting item on your to-do list.
