Create your free account
- Before you can book your first appointment, you’ll have to set up a Virtual Clinic account
- Setting up your account only takes a few minutes
- You’ll use your account to book appointments with our dietitians and doctors
- When you meet with any member of our clinical staff, your notes will be saved in your account

Provide your health history and choose your payment method
- A privacy form for your signature will be sent by text message and email
- You’ll complete a brief questionnaire about your medical history
- Choose how you pay: you can either pay through your insurance or we can bill you directly

Book your appointment
- Most of our appointments start with a 50-minute virtual visit with a dietitian
- Together, you’ll create your customized care plan
- They may also recommend follow-up care with our weight- management and menopause-trained doctors, or mental health specialists, as necessary

Join your appointment
- We recommend using a computer rather than your phone for the best experience
- 15 minutes before your appointment, you’ll receive a link to your appointment by text message and email
- 5 minutes before your appointment, simply click on the link and follow the instructions
05.
After your appointment
- You’ll receive a summary of your visit through your Virtual Clinic portal
- You can fill any prescriptions that have been ordered for you and schedule your recommended follow-up appointments
- A link to a satisfaction survey will be sent via email

Your first appointment will be a 50-minute virtual visit with a dietitian to understand your goals and health history
Depending on your goals, your dietitian may refer you for a 30-minute visit with a weight-management or menopause-trained doctor for medication
We can also help you access mental health care with licensed specialists quickly if you need help with anxiety, stress or other symptoms related to mental health
If you’ve been prescribed medication, you’ll check in with your doctor during a 30-minute follow-up visit to assess your progress and dosing, and renew prescriptions as necessary
