A typical engagement with a dietitian often includes:

  • An initial 50-minute intake appointment to review your health history and understand your challenges and goals
  • Follow up 30-minute video appointments at a recommended frequency of every 2-3 weeks for at least 3 months
  • Unlimited text communication and support between appointments
  • Shared notes and communication with your in-person clinician, so everyone is on the same page
